Stayed here on December 1, 2025. Room was clean quiet and comfortable. Bathroom lighting inadequate. Breakfast average. Excellent customer service provided by staff.
We stayed in a suite and it was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pillows were super nice! The staff was very kind and easy to talk to (particularly the woman working at night with redish hair)! Breakfast was yummy, too. It was easy to get from the hotel to places like target, tj maxx, Olive Garden, etc., especially for someone who lives out of town. Would definitely recommend!
I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Everything was great. Not only was it clean and well done, but wasn't terrible on the Budget, and offered amenities that some nicer hotels (I'm looking at your Courtyard in Springfield, MO) will nickel and dime you on. Like breakfast, water, parking, etc. Good hot breakfast too. Staff was great. Everything went well. Good luck for Marriot. Unlike some others. (I'm looking at you, Courtyard).
We had a wonderful stay mid-November on a 2,000+ mile trip. Room was clean and comfortable. The front desk was great. No problems. The hotel is showing its age. Next door was a huge Bass Pro store, a good place close by to take the family. They take pets. Pricing was very good.
My stay was great! The staff were excellent and breakfast was always great! I have booked more stays for future business trips and done so through Alyssa. She has gone above and beyond for my reservations. If you are looking for a quiet stay with exceptional people and service, this is the hotel to fit your needs.
I needed a driving stopping point along my road trip. This location was easy to access. It was well removed from traffic noises. It was oh so close to a great variety of restaurants. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable, the TV and streaming selections were perfect, and the shower head was POWERFUL with extra settings! Great stuff! The evening and morning desk clerks were joyful and friendly. The housekeepers were polite and smiling. The free breakfast was better than most.
We LOVED our 2 stay(s). Ashlyn made a special moment for us more special. Both staff members we encountered were professional, extremely helpful & really sweet. The hotel in general is very well kept and clean. Our favorite in the area!! Thanks again ladies hope to visit again one day!!
Location is great right next to Bass Pro Services outstanding the employees are so nice. Had a car breakdown and they would stop at nothing to help me. Breakfast was really good. All the people were nice. There is not a single bad thing I could ever say about this hotel thank you guys so much.
